We provide replacement support only. If any spare part has a manufacturing defect or issue under warranty, Lapify will replace the product as per the warranty terms.

Warranty Based Replacement
Replacement is available only during the warranty period of the spare part. Warranty duration may vary depending on the product type, such as 3 months, 6 months, or up to 1 year.

Replacement Process
To request a replacement, customers must contact Lapify support with the order details and issue description. Our team will verify the problem and guide you through the replacement procedure.

No Refund Policy
Lapify does not provide refunds. All sales are final, and only replacement is offered within the warranty period.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the spare part is shipped or delivered, cancellation will not be possible.

Important Note
Replacement will be applicable only if the product is used properly and installed by a professional technician. Physical damage, mishandling, or incorrect installation will not be covered under warranty.
